Dear Diary - Visiting Alabama

We took sort of a family vacation to Mobile, Alabama. I say sort of because we went to support Sofia's older brother during his tournament. We drove there, so it was a total of 8 hours spent in the car to get to Mobile. We stopped by this really awesome gas station called Buc-ees which is a huge one stop shop to get your gas, snacks, food, clothes, Buc-ees merchandise, and even home decor. We enjoyed Buc-ees so much we even stopped by again on our way home from Mobile, Alabama. I you're on a road trip and happen upon a Buc-ees, I would definitely recommend stopping by, its definitely an experience.

Alabama was filled with gorgeous foliage and blooming blossoms. I couldn't resist but to get Sofia a pair for cute dresses from the local Walmart to style for some photos. Walmart has definitely stepped up their children's clothing and I keep catching myself saying "Okayyyy Walmart". I ended up just getting 2 dresses for Sofia because that's all she really needed. Most of the days were spent in sporting clothes, and she got to enjoy her dresses at he end of the tournament day.

We didn't do much in Alabama besides spend most of our time at the tournament site or at our AirBnb, but we did visit the local Piggly Wiggly that was close by to where we were staying. Overall, it was a super fun trip, we got to spend a lot of quality time together and we enjoyed ourselves.
