I've found my new obsession in Colourpop cosmetics! Their new collection with Shayla's Makeup has my over the moon in love! I can't believe that I have missed out on this awesome brand and their high end quality makeup that is priced like drug store makeup. I know I'm not the only one that is obsessed with this collection as it is sold out on the Colourpop website, but the good news is that this entire collection will be restocked on May 11th! Act quickly because I'm sure it will run out quickly just like the first time around.
Let's talk about that I purchased. I pretty much went for the entire collection minus one of the lipsticks. I did make a HUGE mistake and should have just gone for the entire collection option on the website. I forgot to use my $5 off coupon on this purchase and ended up paying more for what I got than if I would have purchased the entire collection and used my $5 off coupon.
The name of the items that I purchased are : "Perception" eyeshadow palette, "Neat Freak" gloss, "Quickie" lipstick, "OOUUUU" lipstick, "Boomin" loose highlighter powder, "Pose" loose highlighter powder.
From a review standpoint, my first impressions were very positive as each product has intense and beautiful color payoff. The eyeshadow palette is a generous 16 color palette with gorgeous buttery metallics and essential mattes which makes this palette an everyday staple. I love how Shayla threw in some fun shades for us to play with, pretty much making this palette the ultimate need for any occasion. The metallics are swatched if you continue to scroll and you can see how buttery smooth they are. There was absolutely no fall out and the color payout is rich.
